About the Role

AFISOL (Pvt) Ltd — the Sri Lankan office of Afisol LLC (Delaware, USA) — is hiring engineers in Kottawa to build software for global clients across 7 countries.

What you'll work with

**Frontend:** React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Axios

**Backend:** .NET Core 10, Dapper, C#

**Data & Messaging:** MS SQL Server, Redis, Apache Kafka

**Auth & DevOps:** Keycloak, Docker, CI/CD, Rate Limiting

You'll build software with AI tools every day (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar). Strong SQL and clean architecture matter here.

What you bring

• 3+ years of .NET, with real shipped production work
• Already coding with AI and aware of its limits
• Takes ownership — digs in without being told
• Within ~20 km of Kottawa (this is an onsite role)
