About the Role
We are seeking a highly competent Software Engineer to join a dedicated development team supporting an international client in the transport and logistics domain. This role involves developing modular software components, small-scale applications using C#/.NET, and designing/implementing automated test solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks in C# to ensure system quality and reliability
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and stability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET development (including Web APIs)
- Proven experience in 2nd Line (L2) and/or 3rd Line (L3) support environments
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong experience with SQL Server and advanced SQL querying and optimization
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Requires a self-motivated, self-managing, and transparent working style, with regular progress updates and clear documentation
- Experience with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), ERP systems, or logistics platforms (Advantage)
- Background in marine, port, or logistics industry systems (Advantage)
- ITIL® 4 Foundation certification or experience working in ITIL-based support environments (Advantage)
