Responsibilities
- Daily operations of the kitchen
- Support the Chef in Charge in maintaining the highest quality standards across the Kitchen
- Uphold, enhance, and evolve culinary standards
- Shape memorable dining experiences
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury resort or luxury boutique hotel
- Qualification in the fine Culinary Arts from a recognized institute
- Knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in food preparation and presentation
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute to the culinary standards
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
