About the Role

Lead the kitchen at Sunset Kandy Italian Restaurant. 5+ years of proven experience as Head Chef or in a similar leadership role required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and deliver exceptional Italian and international cuisine
• Train, lead and motivate kitchen staff
• Menu planning, costing and inventory management
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Strong expertise in Italian and international cuisine
• Excellent culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach
• Ability to lead, train and motivate kitchen staff
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
