About the Role
Drive sales performance and market penetration of the Vehicle segment for a leading automobile tier 1 group (client of KonnectNet).
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and market penetration of the Vehicle segment
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and aftersales service excellence
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and planning effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry or Vehicle Sales
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Solid understanding of the Sri Lankan market and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently and lead cross functional teams effectively
- Professional qualification from CIM / SLIM is required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
