Assistant Sales Manager at Ceylon Cashew Marketing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade outlets and key account customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade outlets and key account customers
- Drive sales growth by implementing strategic marketing and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activity, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for business expansion
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail stores
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade sales (FMCG experience preferred)
- A diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an additional advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
- Possession of a valid riding license
