Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in Customer Service from a recognized University or Institute
- Relevant industrial or professional qualifications will be an added advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed organization
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (both verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of IT equipment with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
