About the Role

Junior Executive Information Technology at Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka. Install and configure hardware and software per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software per company standards
• Attend to daily service tickets generated by outlets and ensure timely resolution
• Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for hardware, software, and business applications
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the supervisor
• Visit outlets when required to provide on-site technical assistance
• Assist in the initial IT setup and deployment for new outlet openings

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology from a recognized institute or university
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work on a roster basis to support outlet operations during business hours
