System Administrator

About the Role

System Administrator at Goodhope. Design, implement and administer the LAN/WAN infrastructure with HA architecture, supporting user groups in 3 countries.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer the LAN/WAN infrastructure with HA architecture
• Provide IT support to users on all forms of IT infrastructure related matters and ensure the achievement of SLA's
• Will be fully responsible to administer the Microsoft 365 platform/ Active Directory infrastructure, supporting user groups in 3 countries
• Required to ensure compliance of IT assets to company ISMS policies & intellectual property requirements
• Provide recommendations to develop and maintain a technology road map that supports evolving organisational needs & technology trends
• Provide leadership and manage ICT staff in daily IT operational activity. Ensure training needs are identified and action taken to develop technical & soft-skills of IT staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Networking, IT Security or equivalent
• Product certifications from Microsoft (MS-102/SC-300), Fortinet (NSE 4), Cisco (CCNA) would be advantageous
