About the Role
Manager — Information Technology at Euro Motors. Manage the company's overall IT operations, infrastructure, business systems, cybersecurity, and user support functions across all company locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall IT infrastructure including servers, networks, internet connectivity, VPN, cloud systems, and hardware
- Ensure smooth operation, security, and performance of all IT systems with minimal downtime
- Oversee ERP systems, finance systems, purchasing systems, and other business applications
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new branch setups
- Manage cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection measures
- Supervise IT support services and ensure timely resolution of user issues
- Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships
- Build, develop, and create the right IT team to support business operations and future growth
- Prepare IT budgets, reports, policies, and improvement plans
- Lead, guide, and develop the IT team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and systems management
- Experience in ERP systems and enterprise business applications
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and databases
- Experience managing multi-location IT environments and branch connectivity
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional IT certifications will be an added advantage
