CCTV Monitoring Executive

About the Role

Monitor CCTV across Java Lounge outlets to ensure operational compliance and identify any irregularities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live & recorded CCTV footage from all outlets daily
• Review footage to identify operational issues, SOP violations & staff behavior concerns
• Detect and immediately report incidents such as theft, negligence, or misuse
• Extract and share relevant CCTV clips with management
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports to HR & Operations teams
• Coordinate with outlet managers to follow up on identified issues
• Monitor CCTV system functionality and inform IT team when required
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge (video systems, Excel)
• Good observation & analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
