Senior Pattern Technologist

About the Role

Lead a pattern-making team and create bra patterns aligned with customer specifications. 3+ years bra pattern making experience required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand customer and product technical specifications
• Attend live fittings and convert feedback into pattern alterations
• Identify suitable construction methods based on manufacturability
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead team of pattern makers and develop pads and bra wires

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology, Certificate in Pattern Making or Marker Making
• 3+ years experience in Bra pattern making
• CAD system knowledge
