Assistant Manager - Fabric Technology

About the Role

Develop and implement fabric technology strategies covering lead times, quality and supply chain. 6-8+ years experience in Supply Chain or merchandising required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fabric technology strategies addressing lead times, quality, supply, and profitability
• Drive fabric development for customer accounts meeting timelines and quality standards
• Oversee bulk output delivery with focus on risk management
• Collaborate across teams, suppliers, and customers
• Lead the Fabric Technology and RM Inspection teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Physical Science OR Diploma in Textile Technology
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or merchandising function
• Technical knowledge of raw materials and fabric technology
• Commercial acumen
