About the Role

Lead category management for apparel sourcing categories including trims. 3-4 years apparel sourcing or supply chain experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead achievement of category management objectives for assigned categories
• Drive supplier initiatives including onboarding, performance management, and negotiations
• Collaborate across teams to achieve category objectives
• Provide reporting on category KPIs and supplier performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Supplies & Materials Management, or Business Administration
• 3-4 years of apparel sourcing/supply chain experience
• Hands-on expertise managing trims
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with MS Excel and ERP proficiency
