About the Role
Lead Works HR strategy and manage HR operations across multiple factories. 5+ years in HR function at large manufacturing plant required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the SBU Works HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Ensure consistent HR implementation across all factories
- Oversee statutory compliance and rollout of Group HR initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, retention, and grievance management
- Manage Works HR operations, teams, manpower planning, and payroll coordination
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- At least 5+ years of experience in leading the Works HR function in a large plant
- Experience in apparel/manufacturing environment preferred
