Responsibilities

• Meet all plant manpower needs in a timely fashion
• Facilitate the performance management system for plant staff
• Support training calendar development and drive training execution
• Ensure organizational compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources or other relevant area
• 2-3 years experience in relevant field
