Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations
- Lead and motivate sales team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
- Meet sales targets and business objectives
- Manage visual merchandising and stock coordination
- Maintain staff discipline and showroom standards
Requirements
- Advanced Level education minimum
- 3-5 years retail showroom management experience
- Strong retail sales and customer handling skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Jewelry/luxury retail experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
