About the Role
Lead a high-performing team at a luxury jewellery showroom in Kandy, managing inventory, VIP clients and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales consultants while meeting monthly revenue targets
- Manage high-value inventory, security protocols, and visual merchandising
- Develop VIP client relationships and handle premium inquiries
- Oversee scheduling, administrative tasks, and operational compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years retail management experience (luxury/jewellery preferred)
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or Diploma in relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proven integrity with meticulous attention to high-value inventory detail
