About the Role

Lead strategic sales for the commercial vehicle division, mentor the sales team and expand the corporate client base for a major automotive company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue targets
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Identify market opportunities and expand customer base
• Build relationships with corporate clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance and brand reputation maintenance

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10-12 years sales experience
• 3-5 years in senior leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
