About the Role
Lead all kitchen operations at a contemporary lifestyle hotel in Mirissa, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, cost control, hygiene compliance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise menus and food quality
- Manage kitchen costs and inventory
- Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards
- Coordinate with restaurant teams
- Report on kitchen performance
Requirements
- Culinary Arts diploma preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and high-volume operations management capability
- Pre-opening experience advantageous
