About the Role
Manage room reservations and implement revenue optimisation tactics to enhance occupancy and profitability across phone, email, and online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain rate distribution and inventory on PMS and distribution systems
- Facilitate group booking coordination
- Generate occupancy and financial analysis reports
Requirements
- Hospitality or Revenue Management diploma/degree
- Prior reservations or revenue experience preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical competencies
