About the Role

Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and controls for the hotel's stores department.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Maintain stock records and inventory levels
• Ensure FIFO practices and proper storage
• Conduct stock counts and report variances
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance departments

Requirements

• Prior storekeeping experience preferred
• Inventory control knowledge
• Computer literacy
