Responsibilities
- Manage hiring and employee onboarding processes
- Maintain attendance records and HR documentation
- Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits
- Address HR-related employee concerns
- Oversee performance evaluations
- Coordinate training initiatives
- Enforce policies and compliance standards
Requirements
- Human Resources Management degree or professional qualification
- 2-4 years relevant HR experience
- HRIS and database proficiency
- Availability for US shift hours (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM SLT)
