About the Role

Assist in defining project scope and deliverables, support Agile ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional teams in an IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client requirements
• Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Foster team collaboration across departments
• Monitor deliverables and escalate risks to senior management
• Maintain documentation in project tracking systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of project management/coordination experience in IT/software environments
• Agile/Scrum knowledge preferred
• Project management certifications (CSM, PSM, CAPM) advantageous
