Responsibilities
- Oversee pastry and bakery kitchen operations with the Executive Pastry Chef
- Create high-quality pastries and bakery items following standard recipes
- Manage inventory rotation and par stock maintenance
- Maintain hygiene standards in the pastry section
- Supervise staff and ensure policy adherence
- Foster guest satisfaction and colleague engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 5-star international hotel
- Knowledge of pastries, bakeries, desserts, and cake decorating
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities and business result orientation
- Professional disposition with self-motivation and creativity
