Lead culinary operations at Kandy Myst by Cinnamon, creating seasonal menus and mentoring kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create seasonal menus and culinary vision
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality
- Manage kitchen operations, staffing, inventory, and costs
- Source quality ingredients and maintain supplier relationships
- Enforce food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams on guest experience
Requirements
- Formal culinary training from recognised institution
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in high-end restaurants or hotels
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Leadership capabilities
