About the Role

Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and estimates for construction projects, supporting procurement and commercial administration in a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and estimates
• Support procurement, tender analysis, and valuation processes
• Contribute to cost reporting for ongoing projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients
• Maintain quality management compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in consultancy or construction
• Professional membership or eligibility preferred
• Proficiency in CostX, PlanSwift, and advanced Excel
