Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments per prescription
- Observe patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Maintain precise nursing documentation and records
- Support physicians and healthcare professionals
- Advise patients and families on treatment plans
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or BSc in Nursing from a recognised institution
- Valid SLMC nursing registration
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work shift-based schedules
