About the Role
Full-time BA role supporting requirements documentation, financial workflow analysis, and fintech research in a software development environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Analyse financial workflows and system processes
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams
- Conduct fintech and emerging technology research
- Collaborate with QA on test scenarios
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Management, or Finance
- 2+ years business analysis experience
- SDLC and business analysis framework knowledge
- Strong communication and presentation skills
