Responsibilities

• Land preparation, digging holes, planting coconut saplings
• Removing weeds and carrying out protective measures to maintain soil moisture
• Applying organic and chemical fertilizers at the right time
• Irrigation management and regular watering
• Pest and disease identification and treatment

Requirements

• Degree level education
• 1 year work experience
