Responsibilities
- Lead quantity surveying projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and valuations
- Manage junior QS staff
- Liaise with clients and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 5-10 years post-graduate experience
- Consultancy background preferred
- Proficiency in CostX and PlanSwift
