Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations during assigned shifts at a new consumer food outlet
• Ensure food safety compliance and quality standards
• Supervise and coach team members on service excellence
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly
• Manage sales targets, cost efficiency, and cash handling

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in QSR, Restaurant, or Operations
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Food safety knowledge and customer service excellence
