Senior Executive - Finance

About the Role

Manage intercompany accounting, GL accounts, and budgeting for a leading Sri Lankan retailer, driving process improvements and developing the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting operations
• Own general ledger accounts and budget management with forecasting
• Lead and develop team members in the finance function
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements
• Provide financial analyses supporting business decisions
• Monitor accounting functions across retail outlets

Requirements

• Strategic-level accounting qualification (CA, CIMA, or ACCA) in progress or completed
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Intercompany reporting or auditing experience preferred
