Staff Nurse

About the Role

Provide patient-centred nursing care in ETU/ICU/Operation Theatre and ward settings at Thalawathugoda and Wattala.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective patient-centred nursing care while ensuring all clinical quality standards are met
• Communicate with patients and guardians about treatment plans
• Support clinical activities and cooperate with the healthcare team
• Monitor, document and report hospital-acquired infections per protocols

Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from a recognised institute
• Registered Nurse (SLNC or PHSRC)
• 2–3 years experience as a staff nurse in a reputable healthcare facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
