About the Role

Lead nursing care and supervise clinical staff in the ICU department at Thalawathugoda hospital.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in the ICU
• Provide effective patient-centred nursing care ensuring all clinical quality standards are met
• Communicate treatment plans with patients and guardians
• Monitor and report hospital-acquired infections per protocols

Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from a recognised institute
• Registered Nurse (SLNC or PHSRC)
• 3+ years experience as a staff nurse in a reputable healthcare facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
