About the Role

Deliver evidence-based speech or occupational therapy to patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualised therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for communication and functional difficulties
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses in multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology or Bachelor's/HND in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC)
• 1 year work experience
