About the Role
Manage daily operations of Eden Hostel Kandy including guest relations, check-in/out, booking systems and team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Address guest inquiries through multiple channels
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Communicate professionally with guests in English
- Operate booking systems and perform basic computer tasks
- Supervise daily hostel operations
- Support housekeeping and food preparation when needed
- Maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or similar experience
- GCE A/L qualification
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer-focused energetic attitude
- Prior hostel or guesthouse experience preferred
