Lead Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

Lead ML engineer owning the full ML lifecycle including LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and MLOps in a remote-first team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and pipelines
• Oversee the complete ML lifecycle from data preparation through deployment and monitoring
• Maintain cloud-based ML infrastructure
• Guide and develop junior engineers
• Establish protocols for model versioning, testing, and documentation

Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on ML/data science experience
• Python proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• LLMs and RAG pipeline development experience
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Vector database experience
• Availability 8 AM–5 PM Eastern Time
