About the Role
Drive safety culture, implement OHS frameworks, and ensure ISO 45001 compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a strong safety culture across the organization
- Implement SLCP and COSAMA requirements
- Monitor LTIFR/LTISR performance metrics
- Manage HSPM framework and conduct monthly risk assessments
- Deliver safety training programs and ensure ISO 45001 compliance
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in Occupational Health & Safety
- Hands-on experience with SLCP, COSAMA, and safety culture initiatives
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards
- Proficiency in risk assessments and safety audits
