About the Role

Lead category management for trims including sourcing, supplier initiatives, and reporting on KPIs across the apparel supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management objectives for trims including strategy and sourcing savings
• Drive supplier initiatives encompassing onboarding, performance management, and negotiations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Groups
• Provide reporting on category KPIs and supplier performance dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or Business Administration
• 3–4 years of apparel sourcing/supply chain experience
• Hands-on expertise in trims management (elastics, threads, labels, packaging)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis
