About the Role

Develop patterns per customer specifications, provide technical guidance, and lead a team of pattern makers.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer specifications and develop patterns per the TNA plan
• Provide pattern-related technical guidance to internal stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of pattern makers
• Oversee pattern creation, size charting, and grading for production

Requirements

• Diploma in Clothing Technology with Certificate in Pattern Making
• 1–3+ years of pattern making experience
