Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify and track defects with risk assessment
• Drive QA process improvements and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
• Mentor junior QA staff and conduct knowledge sessions

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in IT/Software Engineering or related field
• Test automation experience or knowledge
• QA methodologies and tools familiarity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
