About the Role
Lead ITSM and CSM process workshops, design ServiceNow workflows, and serve as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead ITSM and CSM process discovery workshops
- Design ServiceNow workflows aligned with ITIL best practices
- Convert business requirements into functional specs and user stories
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Define service models, catalogs, SLAs, and customer journeys
- Support user acceptance testing, deployment, training, and change management
Requirements
- 5+ years ITSM, CSM, or enterprise service operations experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM/CSM implementation experience
- Strong ITIL knowledge
- ServiceNow CIS certification (ITSM or CSM) preferred
