Staff Nurse – ICU

About the Role

Deliver patient-centered ICU nursing care in one of Sri Lanka's most internationally accredited hospitals, with attractive remuneration above market standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care meeting clinical quality standards
• Communicate treatment plans to patients and guardians
• Support clinical activities within the healthcare team
• Monitor and document hospital-acquired infections per protocols

Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from recognized institute
• Registered Nurse with SLNC or PHSRC
• Minimum 3 years experience as staff nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
