About the Role
Prepare BOQs, engineer's estimates, and payment certificates, and manage construction contracts for Toyota Lanka's facilities projects.
Responsibilities
- Create preliminary cost estimates and Bills of Quantities
- Prepare engineer's estimates and payment certificates
- Evaluation, Negotiation and Contract Awarding
- Cost monitoring and contractor management
- Assess variation and extra work claims
Requirements
- Age 25–35
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years relevant post-qualification experience
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency in CAD and MS Office
