About the Role

Extract quantities, prepare BOQs and cost plans using Cost-X and Revit for international construction projects. Salary LKR 125,000–150,000 plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

Extract quantities from design drawings using measurement software
Generate takeoff sheets and reports for clients
Build BOQ descriptions from available documentation
Conduct quantity verification checks
Prepare BOQs and cost plans
Perform QA/QC assessments
Assist with tender document preparation and evaluation

Requirements

University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
Proficiency in Cost-X, Revit, and AutoCAD
3-6 years pre-contract QS experience
Experience with NRM-1, NRM-2, CESMM-4, POMI, CSI Master Format
Strong English communication skills
