About the Role

Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost plans using international measurement standards (POME, SMM7, NRM, CESMM3) for a professional QS consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities
• Development of cost plans using various measurement standards
• Creation of tender documents per SBDSL and FIDIC standards

Requirements

• BSc in QS with minimum 2 years experience, OR NCT QS/HNDE/TTI/City & Guild with 5+ years experience
• Pre-contract experience preferred
