About the Role

Oracle Consultants is hiring experienced Quantity Surveyors for pre-contract assignments including BOQ preparation, cost plans, and tender document support from their Moratuwa office.

Responsibilities

Extract quantities from design documents
Generate takeoff sheets and reports
Identify information gaps and submit clarification requests
Create Bill of Quantities descriptions
Conduct quantity verification and QA reviews
Prepare BOQ and cost plans
Support tender document preparation and evaluation

Requirements

3-6 years pre-contract QS experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
Proficiency with Cost-X, Revit, and AutoCAD
BOQ/Cost Plan experience using NRM-1, NRM-2, CESMM-4, POMI, or CSI formats
Background in Middle East, UK, Australian, Singapore, or New Zealand projects preferred
Fluent English
