About the Role

Ceylon Business Appliances is seeking a senior HR Manager to develop and execute HR strategies, manage talent acquisition and retention, and ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Formulate HR strategies supporting business objectives
• Guide leadership on restructuring and transformation
• Manage talent acquisition, engagement, and retention programs
• Oversee performance management and training initiatives
• Design compensation and benefits frameworks
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor regulations
• Supervise HR operations and facility management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field
• Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years managerial experience
• Organizational change management expertise
• In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws
• MBA preferred
