About the Role
Ceylon Business Appliances is seeking a senior HR Manager to develop and execute HR strategies, manage talent acquisition and retention, and ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Formulate HR strategies supporting business objectives
- Guide leadership on restructuring and transformation
- Manage talent acquisition, engagement, and retention programs
- Oversee performance management and training initiatives
- Design compensation and benefits frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor regulations
- Supervise HR operations and facility management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years managerial experience
- Organizational change management expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws
- MBA preferred
