About the Role

Define end-to-end technical architecture and lead a distributed engineering team of 10 for FireCORE, a multi-phase AI-powered fire safety SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture across platform phases
• Lead distributed engineering team of 10 across specialties
• Establish AI coding tool standards and conduct code reviews
• Design AWS infrastructure and deployment strategy
• Run daily standups and sprint reviews
• Remove technical bottlenecks

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• 3+ years in technical leadership
• Proven SaaS platform scaling experience
• Distributed team management capability
• Production AI/ML integration experience
• Advanced English communication
